The Team Leader / Supervisor Apprenticeship is designed for individuals responsible for managing teams, projects, and daily operations. It helps learners develop the skills to lead and support others, plan and monitor workloads, manage resources, deliver operational plans, resolve challenges, and build strong working relationships across their organisation.

Who Is It For?

This apprenticeship is ideal for those currently in, or looking to progress into, supervisory or management roles such as Junior Manager, Supervisor, Team Leader, Project Officer, Shift Supervisor, Foreperson, or Shift Manager.

Duration

This apprenticeship is typically completed within 12-18 months and is delivered through a blended learning approach designed to fit around work commitments. Apprentices will develop their skills through a mix of structured learning and practical experience, including:

• 11 face-to-face masterclass sessions
• Flexible weekly access to a dedicated skills coach
• Embedded skills developed and applied in the workplace
• An End Point Assessment (EPA) to demonstrate overall competence
