Apprenticeships

Ignite Training is pleased to confirm it has expanded its apprenticeship delivery portfolio to accommodate individuals aspiring to develop their leadership and management skills.

The Oxfordshire-based RoATP Registered Training Provider will deliver two new apprenticeship programmes from the beginning of the new academic year in September. They are:

  • Level 3 Team Leader / Supervisor
  • Level 5 Operations / Departmental Manager

Both apprenticeships will be delivered nationally and support Ignite Training’s long-term objective to develop a skilled workforce for the future while establishing itself as a high-quality provider for learners, employers and partner agencies.

Natalie Davis, Project Manager at Ignite Training, said both qualifications will support team leaders and managers in developing new and existing skills relevant to their line of work.

“Ignite Training has developed a national reputation for delivering quality, cost-effective, apprenticeships to schools, coaching companies and professional sports clubs,” said Natalie.

“After broadening our portfolio delivery to marketing and content production 12 months ago, we’re excited to offer organisations across the UK our latest apprenticeship provisions which focus on leadership and management.

“Both programmes can be adapted to suit multiple sectors with tailored training ensuring every apprentice gets the most out of their studies.

“We’ve received a positive response to the launch of both courses and look forward to welcoming our first cohort of learners at the beginning of the new academic year.”

Oxfordshire Youth is one of the first organisations to enrol its staff onto Ignite Training’s new programmes.

The charity works with children and young people aged 0-25 by delivering its skills, wellbeing and supportive services and will enrol three members of staff onto Ignite’s latest apprenticeships.

Harriet Leach, Senior HR Manager at Oxfordshire Youth, said: “We are passionate about learning and development for our staff, and believe Ignite’s new apprenticeship provisions are the best way to achieve excellence in the service we provide young people and the youth sector.

“By completing an apprenticeship, managers can put the skills they are learning to use straight away and demonstrate their personal and professional development. It allows them to take ownership of their learning and become the leaders and managers they want to be.”

Further information about both of our new apprenticeships can be read below.
